Pete Manfield - Bass Guitar
I was trained at Kneller Hall, Military School of Music, to play the tuba, string bass & bass guitar.
Upon leaving Kneller Hall, I joined the Lifeguards Band ( the senior Regiment in the British Army) where I was trained to ride a horse and play tuba at the same time. I have played for Royalty, including The Queen, on many occasions from afternoon tea to Trooping the Colour (Queen's Birthday Parade) and most other State occasions.
I love the variety of music, new numbers, the musical challenge and the striving for perfection that Wired offers. Since joining the band, all the members have become great friends.
